G5® is a mechanical massage machine that goes much deeper than the therapist can. Different heads are used to mimic different massage techniques.
The G5 vibrates vigorously to stimulate deep blood flow and circulation and is believed to help break down stubborn fat in the thighs, bottom and stomach, giving the appearance of reduced cellulite.
G5 also stimulates the lymphatic system and this treatment is finished with a lymphatic drainage massage to encourage the expellation of toxins and excess fluid from the tissues.
Remember, no one treatment will change your life! It is recommended that you have a minimum of one treatment a week and you should begin to see the visible benefits after four treatments. However, a course of 12 treatments is highly recommended followed by monthly maintenance treatments, to assist in maintaining your results.
Eating healthily and establishing an exercise routine will assist with maintaining the results.
